Rental Application 

Applying for one of our rental properties is simple. Just fill out the online form. Once all required information has been provided, select "Submit Application". We will review your application and contact you once it has been received and processed. There is a $75.00 non-refundable security deposit fee. By paying the deposit you agree to the terms and conditions. We appreciate your interest in our rental properties.

Authorization and consent:


I authorize Jenkins Home Solutions & and the property manager to verify all information provided in this application, including employment, income, rental history, criminal background, eviction records, and credit history. I authorize and employer, financial institution, landlord, or reporting agency to release information requested for tenant screening purposes. I understand that this application dos not guarantee approval or create a lease agreement.

I certify that the information contained in this application is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that false statements or omissions may result in denial of this application or termination of tenancy.
